How to buy
How can I buy from NF Booster Europe?
Add the products to your basket, click "Checkout", enter your details and delivery address, choose your shipping and payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is €30 (VAT included). There is no maximum order.
Do prices include VAT and shipping?
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price: they are calculated according to the destination country and the weight of the order, and are clearly shown in the basket before you pay.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Spain and to European Union countries, with home delivery or collection from a pick-up point.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare orders within 2 working days. Delivery takes 48 hours to 4 working days, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email with your tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier's website.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro), PayPal and bank transfer.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Your card details are sent encrypted directly to the bank through a secure payment gateway, and we never have access to them. No charge is made without authentication and authorisation from the bank that issued the card.
Returns
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, without having to give any reason.
How to request a return
- Email us at sales@nfboostereurope.com with your name, order number and the products you want to return.
- We will confirm the return and the address to send it to.
- Send us the product within 14 days of telling us about the return.
Condition of the product
The product must be returned in its original packaging, preferably unopened and with the seal intact. As these are chemical additives, if the product has been opened or used, we may deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or does not match what was ordered.
Refund
We will refund the amount you paid, including the original delivery costs (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), within 14 calendar days of you telling us about the return. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us as soon as possible at sales@nfboostereurope.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will send you a replacement or refund the amount paid, at no cost to you, including shipping costs.
If you notice that the packaging is damaged when the parcel arrives, we recommend noting it on the carrier's delivery note. This helps us make a claim against the carrier, but it does not limit your rights.
All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity established by Spanish consumer law.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. This does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the date it was placed.
